This Acceptable Use Policy governs use of RevuSend.
By using the Software, you agree not to:
1. Send unsolicited bulk email (“spam”) in violation of applicable laws.
2. Upload contact lists obtained without lawful consent.
3. Use purchased, scraped, or harvested email lists.
4. Send deceptive or misleading communications.
5. Violate CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA, or other data protection laws.
6. Impersonate another individual or business.
7. Use the Software for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
8. Attempt to interfere with the integrity or security of the Software.
9. Upload malicious code.
10. Circumvent subscription limits.
Bright Stacker reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.
Users are solely responsible for the legality of their communications.
Email Compliance Requirements
Users of RevuSend agree to comply with the CAN-SPAM Act and all applicable email marketing regulations.
Each email sent using the Software must:
• Accurately identify the sender
• Contain truthful subject lines
• Include a valid physical mailing address
• Provide a clear method to opt out of future communications
• Honor opt-out requests promptly
Bright Stacker does not monitor individual messages and assumes no responsibility for user violations of email laws.
Users assume full legal responsibility for compliance.
