No refunds are given for partially used billing periods.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Bright Stacker’s total liability for any claim related to our Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 30 days.
7. Cancellation Policy
Bright Stacker operates on a subscription basis.
Month-to-Month Subscriptions: Month-to-month plans re non-refundable after the 14-day trial period. Cancellations must be received at least 14 days prior to your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month.
Annual Subscriptions: Annual plans are non-refundable after the 14-day trial period. Access will remain active through the end of your current billing period. Cancellations must be received at least 14 days prior to your next billing date to avoid being charged for the annual subscription.
No Partial Refunds: We do not offer prorated refunds for unused portions of a billing cycle.
Confirmation: You will receive written confirmation of your cancellation, and your account will remain active until the end of the current paid term.
We may suspend or terminate your account for non-payment, violation of these Terms, or misuse of the Services.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or within the Services.
